This petition, seeking review of the order of this Court dated 13.12.2022 in W.P.(C) No.36180/2022, has been filed on the assertion that the said writ petition itself is not maintainable; and that in any event, none of the prayers sought for therein can be granted.
I do not propose to answer this review petition on its merits because the parties are ad idem that the writ petition itself can be disposed of.
