When this matter was called today,

Sri.S.Gopinadhan – learned Senior Government Pleader, submitted that though the respondents had settled an order, it has not been issued because it was noticed that this Court had directed the petitioners also to be heard

before it is done. He submitted that,

therefore, said order has been recalled and that petitioners have been called for hearing today. He then assured this Court that orders as directed by this Court will be issued by the respondents, within a period of one month from today.
