It has been stated that this Court was not appraised about the decision of traffic regulatory committee dated 8.12.2022, whereby certain decisions has been taken in the presence of all the parties including shopkeepers permitting the members of the review petitioner/union to park the autorickshaws. The factum of the decision was not brought to the notice of this Court. In this view of the matter, there is an error apparent on the record and this Court had without issuing notice to the respondents disposed of the matter. Therefore judgment dated 23.12.2022 in W.P.(C) No.42226 of 2022 is recalled. Review petition is allowed. Post the writ petition as per the roster.
