Thereafter Review Petition was filed by the applicants therein, including the present petitioner to impugn the judgment in Annexure A5 judgment of this Court which resulted in Annexure A8 final order dated 05.08.2022 rendered by this Court, dismissing RP No.331/2022 in OP(KAT) No.287/2020. The main pleas made by Smt.V.P.Seemandini, learned Senior Counsel, instructed by Smt.V,Bhargavi, learned counsel appearing for the sole petitioner herein/sole applicant in the OA is that during the pendency of the previous round of litigation before the Tribunal referred to in Annexure A5, OA(Ekm) No.3051/2017, an interim order was passed by the Tribunal, directing the appointing authority (Registrar of Cooperative Societies) to report, provisionally, 153 vacancies in the post of Junior Inspector of Co-operative Societies, to the respondent PSC and that 153 such vacancies in the above post were duly reported by the appointing authority, which had reached the office of the PSC, before the expiry of the ranklist on 16.08.2018 and that the petitioner has materials to show that 34 vacancies out of the said 153 vacancies are in fact substantive vacancies which are to be used for advicing candidates included in Annexure A1 ranklist dated 17.08.2015, which expired on 16.08.2018 etc. In that regard, it is argued by the learned
