ORDER
When this matter came up for hearing on 1.6.2023, this Court directed the Registry to find out the status of OS No.1227 of 2003, pending before the III Additional Munsiff's Court, Thiruvananthapuram.
A report has been filed stating that the above said suit was dismissed as not pressed after a not pressed memo was filed by the plaintiff stating that the matter was settled. In the light of the above, nothing survives for consideration in the above case and accordingly the same is closed.
