The Crl.M.C. is filed alleging that, in spite of series of complaints being filed against the third respondent, the Sub Inspector of Police is not initiating action. The allegation is that the third respondent is an unscrupulous money lender and is resorting to dubious methods for fleecing money from the borrowers. As more than 8 years have elapsed after submission of the complaint, no purpose will be served by directing further action on it.
The Crl.M.C. is hence dismissed as infructuous.
