Government Pleader submits that pursuant to the directions of this Court, an order dated 23.03.2023 has been

passed by the Additional Chief Secretary to the Government of Kerala.

¶18

2 . The order would show that the Government are pleased to order that henceforth the entire amount received under the head of account 0030-01-800-99 in a particular financial year will be transferred to the KLBF in the next financial year itself without making arrears and the outstanding balance of Rs.5,722.55 lakhs will be disbursed in future in accordance with the financial position of the Government. The due share to the Kerala Advocates’ Welfare Fund and the Kerala Advocates’ Clerks Welfare Fund will be given as and when funds to the KLBF are released.
