Petitioners are accused Nos.3, 8, 9, 10, 7, 5, 6 & 4 respectively in Crime No.262/2022 of Mala Police Station, Thrissur District, alleging commission of offences under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 326, 308, 341 & 427 r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

this Court had granted bail to accused Nos.1 and 2, also noticing that there is a counter case against the aforesaid Suji Jose, which is registered as Crime No.254/2022 at the very same police station. It is submitted that the petitioners may also be granted anticipatory bail also taking into consideration the fact that this Court has already granted bail to accused Nos. 1 and 2.

petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor, I am of the view that this bail application can be disposed of directing that if the petitioners surrender before the Jurisdictional Court within a period of ten days from today, the said Court shall consider any bail application that may be filed by the petitioners on the date of surrender itself.
The bail application will stand disposed of as above.
