When this bail application is taken up for consideration today, it is the submission of the learned Senior Public Prosecutor that a final report has already been filed in the matter and the police does not intend to seek the custody of the petitioner.
In the light of the above submission, this bail application need not be considered on merits. The bail application accordingly closed. The petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court and seek bail, if the petitioner has not already appeared and obtained bail.
