JUDGMENT
The appellant in this appeal is a proprietary
concern. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant (proprietor) is no more. Though the counsel contacted the legal heirs, he was informed that they are not interested to prosecute the appeal.
In the light of the above, the appeal is
dismissed for non-prosecution.
