This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:
(ii) To issue an interim order directing the respondents 1 & 2 to renew the license of the existing and running industrial unit of the petitioner, forth with, pending disposal of the Writ Petition (Civil).
(iii) To issue any other appropriate writ, direction or order to meet out justice in the facts and circumstances of this case.
105 HP motor as per the D&O licence issued by the Vengola Grama Panchayat. It is the case of the petitioner that upto the year 2010, the Panchayat was receiving licence fee, however, later the Panchayat refused to issue the D&O licence. Petitioner, on various occasions, has approached this Court and secured orders in respect of the licence to be issued by the Secretary of the Vengola

Grama Panchayat to run the plywood factory.
Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances, I do not think anything survives to be considered in this writ petition since the subject matter has virtually become infructuous.
