This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following
reliefs:
i. to declare that the 1st and 2nd respondents have no power, authority or jurisdiction to issue Ext.P1 order;
ii. to issue a writ of certiorari or other appropriate writ, direction or order quashing the Ext.P1 order.
However, today when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner Sri.P.Jayaram submitted that the matter has become infructuous. Therefore, the writ petition is
dismissed as infructuous.
