When this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the nature of the land has been converted to 'garden land' from 'nilam' and that necessary permit, bearing No.NBA 356/18-19 dated 11.10.2021, to construct the building has already been issued. In such
circumstances, the petitioners are not interested to proceed with the writ petition.
The above submission of the learned counsel for
the petitioners is recorded and the above Writ Petition is therefore closed.
