When this matter was taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in terms of the directions in the interim order dated

4.11.2022, approval has been granted to the petitioner.

¶24

2. It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that directions

¶25

have been issued to the Headmaster to forward the bill so that consequential benefits can be disbursed.

¶26

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to disburse the consequential benefits in accordance with the law as and when the bill is forwarded by the Headmaster concerned. The same shall be done within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
