JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed seeking the issuance of directions to respondents 1 to 3 to grant two weeks time to hand over the Canteen and also to stay Ext.P1 order.
When this matter was taken up for consideration, none appeared for
the petitioner.
Apparently, the prayer sought for has become infructuous. This writ
petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
