JUDGMENT

The petitioner states that by upholding her claim as a Rule 43 claimant,

she was promoted as HSA (Social Science) in the St.Joseph’s & St.Cyril’s Higher Secondary School, West Mangadi. The grievance of the petitioner is that approval has been declined by the AEO and the said order stands confirmed by the 2nd respondent. The petitioner states that challenging the aforesaid orders, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P6 revision petition before the 1st respondent.

Sri.M.Sajjad, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the limited prayer is for issuance of directions to the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P6 in an expeditious manner.

Heard the learned Government Pleader.

In view of the limited nature of the relief sought, notice to the 5th respondent is dispensed with.

After having carefully evaluated the contentions raised in this writ

petition, the submissions made across the Bar, and the facts and circumstances, I am of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of by issuing the following directions:

a) There will be a direction to the 1st respondent to

take up, consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P6, after affording an opportunity of being heard, either physically or virtually, to the petitioner herein or her authorized representative and the 5th respondent.

b) Orders, as directed above, shall be passed expeditiously, in any event, within three months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.

¶27

c) It would be open to the petitioner to produce a copy of the writ petition along with the judgment

before the concerned respondent for further action.

This writ petition is disposed of.
