It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader that subsequent to the interim order dated 18.2.2022, there are no further complaints and that the petitioner will be summoned to the police station only after issuance of due notices either under Section 160 or Section 41A of the Cr.PC., if required.
However, in view of the interim order already rendered, I am of the opinion that, nothing further needs to be done in the matter. The interim order is made absolute. The writ petition is closed.
