JUDGMENT
Dated this the 23rd day of June, 2022
The writ petition is filed seeking a declaration that the petitioner is entitled for non - journalist pension. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, pending the writ petition, the Director, Information and Public Relations Department, issued order dated 5.5.2022 finding the petitioner to be entitled for pension from June 2017 onwards and directing to disburse the pension at the rate of Rs.6000/- per month.
The writ petition is hence disposed of in the light of Order No.H2/135/2020 of the Information and Public Relation Department dated 5.5.2022 and directing to disburse the arrears of pension to the petitioner within six months.
