JUDGMENT
The learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw
the Writ Petition.
the affidavit reads thus:
“The petitioner paid the person who cut down the overlying branches at the petitioner's house from the 5th respondent's house, bonafidely believing that he was from the Panchayat and authorized by it to cut down the trees. It is under this bonafide belief that she stated in the Writ Petition that the Panchayat had cut down the trees. The petitioner apologizes to this Hon'ble Court for the lapse on her part in this behalf. She further undertakes to be

more careful in making any statement before this Hon'ble
Court or any other Court.”
In the light of the averments in the affidavit as
above, permission granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
