JUDGMENT
The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking a direction
to the respondents to release their vehicles with the sand loaded therein and the originals of Exts.P5 and P6 passes seized under Exts.P7 and P8 on production of Exts.P1 and P3.
consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the matter has become infructuous.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
