JUDGMENT

Petitioner is the holder of a stage carriage permit. He is currently operating with the timings settled on 22.02.2014. Introduction of new services and surrender of permits have necessitated the petitioner to seek for revision of timings. Since the year 2019, though the petitioner had been seeking for revision of timings, it is yet to be considered and ordered. This is so even in spite of directions of this Court in W.P(C) No.18087 of 2019, laments the petitioner.

On the facts as above, the respondent shall

convene a timing conference and consider the petitioner's application for revision of timings, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, with due notice to the affected/interested parties. If circumstances warrant, it shall be open for the authority to have
