JUDGMENT

The petitioner, who is a stage carriage
operator, seeks for revision of own timings. He
is presently operating with the timings settled
on 22.08.2006. Consequent on the introduction of
other services and changed circumstances, the
timings need to be revised. It is accordingly
that Ext.P2 application seeking revision of
timings has been submitted, is the contention.
The petitioner seeks for an expeditious
consideration of the application.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the
petitioner and the learned Senior Government
Pleader.

Without expressing anything on the merits,
the writ petition is disposed of directing the
respondent to consider and pass appropriate
orders on Ext.P2 application with due notice to
theaffected/interestedparties, as
