The petitioner purchased a motor car bearing registration No.KL-34-C-9579 under a finance arrangement with M/s L&T Finance Ltd., Anjumana, Ernakulam. According to the petitioner, the entire loan account has been closed. He submitted an application before the respondent for cancellation of the endorsement regarding finance in the RC book of the vehicle. Petitioner seeks for expeditious orders on the application.
