JUDGMENT
Dated this the 23rd day of December, 2022
Aggrieved by the cancellation of the sale deed executed in their favour, the petitioners filed revision before the Land Revenue Commissioner. The Land Revenue Commissioner having rejected their revision petition, the petitioners have moved the Government under section 83 (2) of the Revenue Recovery Act. The only relief sought is expeditious consideration of Ext.P1 Revision Petition.
Considering the limited relief sought, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on Ext.P1 Revision Petition within three months of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
