JUDGMENT

The 2^nd respondent, who is a stage carriage operator, sought for revision of own timings. As per judgment dated 07/05/2021 in W.P.(C).No.11065/2021, this Court directed the request to be considered within six weeks, after extending an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned.

Pursuant thereto, a timing conference is scheduled

to be held on 02/02/2022 at 3.30 pm. The petitioner, who is a rival stage carriage operator, objects to the prayer of the 2^nd respondent for revision of timings on several grounds inter alia, that the route in question is a notified route and that no circumstances warranting revision of timing exists.

It shall be open for the petitioner to appear in the timing conference scheduled and raise all the objections available to him, including the objection that, no

revision of timings is warranted in the circumstances obtaining.

The writ petition is disposed of as above. I make it
