JUDGMENT
The petitioner's plea in this case cannot be
considered by this Court at this stage because Smt.Preethi Ramakrishnan – learned counsel for the respondent – Society, submitted that an appeal has been preferred by her client against Ext.P1.
In the afore circumstances, leaving liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, either subject to the orders to be issued by the Tribunal or after a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, whichever is earlier, I close this writ petition without any further orders.
