Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
2 . The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the
respondents to permit the petitioner to remit basic tax for 12.35 Ares of the property in Sy.No.40/1 & 3 and also for a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of Ext.P4 application. Ext.P4 is an application filed in Form 10 seeking to fix the boundaries of the properties of the petitioner.
3 . The Government Pleader on instructions submits that Ext.P4 has been received and is pending.
In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1 st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4, after hearing the petitioner and such other interest persons, at the earliest, at any rate, within 4 months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
