JUDGMENT
When the case is taken up today, it is brought to my notice that subsequent to the hearing, that was conducted on 12.10.2022, the respondent has passed an order on 04.11.2022 holding that the petitioners have to remit Rs.2,13,840/- towards stamp duty. The remedy of the petitioners is to challenge the said order, if they are aggrieved.
The writ petition is hence closed without prejudice to the right of the petitioners to challenge the order No.DRGKNR/ 2714/2022/G1, Thalassery dated 04.11.2022.
