JUDGMENT
Dated this the 23rd day of September, 2022
This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:-
i. Issue a writ of mandamus or such writ, order or direction commanding the respondents Nos 1 to 3 to provide effective and adequate police protection to the life of the petitioner and her family.
ii. To declare that the respondent No.4 have absolutely no manner of right to trespass in to the house of the petitioner and no right to threat the petitioner and her family.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner
that the petitioner is a house wife and the 4th respondent, who is a driver by profession had been harassing and threatening the petitioner as well as the family members. It is submitted that an interim order had been passed on 5/8/2022 directing that in case of any threat or attack by the 4th respondent against the life of the petitioner, the petitioner may inform the 3rd respondent who shall afford adequate protection.

In the above view of the matter, the interim order passed by
this Court on 5/8/2022 is made absolute.
