that though the petitioners are persons included in the seniority list of Anganwadi Workers/Helpers in respect of Naduvannoor Grama Panchayat and Ulliyeri Grama Panchayat they are not being granted appointment.
In the above view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to take up Ext.P1 representation submitted by the petitioners and to consider and

pass orders on the same, after hearing the petitioners. Appropriate orders shall be passed taking note of the factual situation and the contentions raised by the petitioners within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
