The learned counsel appearing for respondents 4 and 5 submits that there are disputes pending between the petitioner and respondents 4 and 5 and criminal prosecution is also pending as against the petitioner. It is however submitted that there is absolutely no attempt by respondents 4 and 5 to threaten the petitioner or attack him either directly or through any of their henchmen or supporters.
