JUDGMENT
The writ petition is filed seeking the following
reliefs:
“(i) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, directing the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of Exhibits P- 4 Suit and Exhibit P-5 stay petition, within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice.
(ii) To declare that any authority designated or conferred the 'right to adjudicate' under any Enactment on different levels as prescribed thereunder, shall consider and dispose of such matters filed to adjudicate, within 6 months from its date of filing and pass orders on interim prayer if accompanied, within 7 days excluding intervening holidays if any, for the ends of justice.
And
(iii) Such other reliefs as deem fit and proper
by this Hon'ble Court in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
Ext.P4 ARC proceedings has been dismissed on 18/10/2021. Hence the relief sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
