JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:-
“i ) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the second respondent panchayat to enquire into the matter as mentioned in Ext. P4 and complete the same objectively, within such time as may be fixed by this Hon’ble Court in the interest of justice.
ii) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the 2nd respondent, stop the construction and concreting of road which is the subject matter of this writ petition pending enquiry in view of Ext.P4 in the interest of justice.”
counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous.
Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
