This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:
(i) A writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to issue closure notice to the welding workshop conducted by the 4th respondent without having the consent to operate under the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act in the interest of justice.
(ii) A writ of mandamus directing respondents 2 and 3 to initiate action for abating nuisance from the welding workshop of the 4th respondent in the interest of justice.
(iii) Any other writ or order that this Hon'ble Court.Court deems fit.
