The petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus commanding respondents 1 and 2 to disburse Rs.7,36,649/being 25% of the amount withheld from the total amount of Rs.29,46,597/- due to him as stated in Ext.P3 remarks dated 11.06.2021 issued by the 3rd respondent Finance
Commissioner.
Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, without expressing anything on the legal and factual contentions raised by the petitioner.
