JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed challenging the revenue recovery proceedings initiated at the instance of the 1^st respondent Corporation. While granting the interim order this Court had imposed a condition that the petitioner should remit an amount of Rs.50,00,000/-.

Learned Counsel for the 1^st respondent submits that no amount was paid by the petitioner after obtaining the interim order. As on today, the amount due from the petitioner is Rs.50,88,00,000/-.

In so far as the petitioner has not complied with this Court’s direction, I find no reason to continue the writ petition on the files of this Court.

The writ petition is hence dismissed.
