JUDGMENT

The writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs;

¶25

I). issue a writ of mandamus to the 2^nd and 3^rd

¶26

respondents to take steps to conduct examination of the final year students of Diploma in Health Inspector Courses 2019 – 2021 batch.

ii). Issue a direction to the 3^rd and 4^th respondent to take immediate steps to start admission for 2022-24 batch of two year Diploma in Health Inspector Course in all the institution under 3^rd respondent.

Iii). Direct the 3^rd respondent to consider and dispose of Exts.P2 and P3 forthwith.

iv). Issue such other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to pass in the circumstances of the case .

As far as the first relief is concerned, it is admitted that, pending

this writ petition, the time table was published and the examination conducted. With respect to the second relief, it is now informed that applications have been invited for admission to the Government/Self Financing Institutions, for Pharmacy/Health Inspector/Para Medical/allied Courses for the academic year 2022 -23. As such the said grievance also stands allayed.

In view of the above developments, the writ petition is closed.
