This Writ Petition is filed in the year 2011 with a prayer to quash Ext.P9 and to declare that diesel generator sets with due certification of manufacturers as pollution free attached to mobile telecommunication towers and used not on regular basis are not industrial plants as per the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.

Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as on today the petitioner does not have any grievance and the Petition can be closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority or this Court, if he is faced with any other situation of this nature as pleaded. Leaving liberty to the petitioner as prayed, this Writ Petition is closed.
