JUDGMENT
The writ petition is filed for a direction to
respondents 2 to 5, not to evict the petitioner from the property till the disposal of M.T.(OP) No.53 of 2014 pending before the 6th respondent.
Today, when the case is called, learned Special Government Pleader submits that, the Munnar Special Tribunal has been abolished and the cases pending have been transferred to respective Civil Courts. In the said circumstances, if at all the petitioner is aggrieved by any orders passed, which was challenged in M.T.(OP) No.53 of 2014, the same is left open to be agitated in appropriate forum.
Accordingly, writ petition is closed.
