The petitioner while working as Sub Engineer (Civil), Upper Kallar, was transferred to Pambla, vide Ext.P1 order dated 16.10.2021. The petitioner is aggrieved by the refusal to relieve him from Upper Kallar, in spite of the order of transfer.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that, having transferred the petitioner, the respondents are not justified in compelling him to continue in the present post.

Learned Standing Counsel for the K.S.E.B. Ltd. submitted, on instructions, that the petitioner will be relieved and permitted to join at the transferred post immediately.

The writ petition is hence disposed of, directing respondents 2, 3 and 5 to relieve the petitioner from his present post and permit him to join in the
