The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the question raised in the writ petition is regarding exercise of revised option consequent to the reduction of cut off marks by the AYUSH. On perusal of the relevant dates, it is seen that the time fixed for exercising the revised option is over. In that view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration and the writ petition is closed, accordingly.
