JUDGMENT
The above writ petition is filed with following prayers :
“ (i) Issue a writ of Mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P5 representation and to complete the renovation of Anganwadi No.56 forthwith.
(ii) Such other relief's which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and necessary in the circumstances of the case and the costs of this case.” [SIC]

“The counsel for the 1st and 2nd respondents submits that the contract for repair and maintenance of the anganvadi has already been granted and the work will be begun soon. The submission is recorded.
There will be direction to ensure that the work is completed at

the earliest at any rate within two months.”
