JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:
(i) issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner from 12.06.2002 to 31.12.2003.
(ii) issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the 1st respondent to take decision on Exhibit P10 with notice to the petitioner in a time bound manner.
Sajjad, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that directions be issued to the 1st respondent to consider Exhibit P10 and take a decision.
