Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for the
respondents.

The petitioner is aggrieved by Ext.P4 order whereby an
assignment in his name has been cancelled. Ext.P5 is a petition
preferred before the District Legal Services Authority,
Kasargod and the same is said to be still pending.

Since the petitioner has already approached the DLSA,
this writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to
consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 after hearing the petitioner
and other affected persons at the earliest at any rate within
three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this
judgment.
