The limited prayer made by the petitioner is for a direction for the 2^nd respondent to consider and dispose of Ext.P6 representation regarding the survey and demarcation of the properties by the 3^rd and 4^th respondents.

In the light of the limited prayer made in the writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2^nd respondent to consider Ext.P6 representation and dispose of the same after hearing the petitioner and after conducting necessary survey, if found required. The order shall be issued within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
