JUDGMENT
Dated this the 6th day of April, 2022
The petitioner superannuated from the post of Kazhakam on 31.5.2020 after rendering 32 years of service with the Travancore Devaswom Board. He is aggrieved by the delay in disbursal of terminal benefits and has filed Ext.P4 representation seeking expeditious disbursal of the benefits.
Considering the limited relief sought, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P4 and to take a decision thereon as expeditious as possible and at any rate within three months of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
