Instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief:-
“Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or such other writ, order or direction commanding respondents 1 to 3 to ensure that the 4th respondent's plywood unit under the name and style of 'Perfect Plywood Industries' does not commence operation on the strength of Exhibit P2 license until such time as a certificate of approval is obtained from the 3rd respondent under Rule 59(11a) of the Kerala Panchayat Raj Building Rules, 2011.”
representing Mr. P. Deepak, learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Nazrin Banu, learned counsel sought permission to withdraw the writ petition.
