This writ appeal is filed challenging the judgment dated 4.4.2018 in W.P.(C)No.11683/2018 by which, the writ court directed the second respondent – the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Malappuram, to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 representation preferred by the writ petitioner with notice to the petitioner as well as the third respondent, within a stipulated time limit.
