contesting respondents, etc. The petitioner may give her suggestions in that regard to the Secretary, DLSA with copy to the competent survey and revenue officials concerned and the Secretary, DLSA will also ascertain the views of the officials concerned and then may make appropriate suggestions on such issues to the officials concerned and it is for those officials concerned to consider those suggestions and proposals that may be given by the Secretary, DLSA. In that process, if the officials concerned are disagreeing with any of such suggestions and proposals of the Secretary, DLSA, then they should immediately record the specific reasons for disagreeing such suggestions or proposals, etc., so that those matters are placed on record. Needless to say, the Secretary, DLSA will also note down such of his proposals and suggestions that may be made by him to the competent officials concerned, so as to ensure that those aspects are also put on record. The various suggestions of the petitioner for the proper identification of the encroachments as well as the objections of the respondents, more particularly the one as in paragraph 9 of the statement dated 30.11.2018 of R-4 (RDO), etc., will be duly borne in mind by the Secretary, DLSA, while he gives suggestions and proposals to the competent officials concerned, who will have to deal with such suggestions and proposals, in the manner indicated hereinabove.
