The petitioner, who is the first respondent in O.P No.681 of 2020 on the file of the Family Court, Palakkad, has filed this original petition invoking the supervisory jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking an order directing the Family Court, Palakkad to issue certified copies of compact discs produced by the respondent. Such an application has been filed, invoking the provisions under Rule 239 of Civil Rules of Practice, Kerala, which is numbered as I.A. No.1394 of 2022.
Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this original petition is disposed of by directing the Family Court, Palakkad to consider and dispose of I.A. No.1394 of 2022 in O.P. No.681 of 2020, with notice to both sides, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three weeks from the date of production of a
